The ceremony to commission this architectural jewel took place on Tuesday, 22 August 2023.

For this purpose, a delegation, led by the Director General of Elections, Dr Erik ESSOUSSE, was in the North Region from 20 to 24 August 2023 to carry out the official inauguration of this new head office for the ELECAM North Regional Delegation.

This building will equally host the office of the Electoral Board Member for that region and services of the Bénoué Divisional Branch.

Dr ESSOUSSE Erik found it imperative to provide ELECAM staff members of the North Region with the most optimal working conditions as well as a comfortable working environment, conducive to the stability and fulfilment of everyone.

The Director General of Elections also took this opportunity to reward some staff members of the North Region with electoral merit acknowledgement parchments and distribute rolling stock to 5 (five) council branch heads of the region.
